Comparedby.us-A Paid to review site

I know that many of us wants to earn money online but the main thing is that most of the earning sites are scam. But only a few sites pays to the users. After a long searching,i found a good paid to review site that pays you for writing reviews. Its comparedby.us that pays $1 for an extended review and pays $0.25 for a quick review. Its been a great paid to review site after ciao but the incentive plan of this site is far more better than other paid to review sites. It pays you $1 for writing an extended review plus $1 for that review if you are the first one to write a review on that product. That means if you are the first person to write a review on a product, then it will pay you a sum of $2,which is great!!

1.Earn money by rating reviews:-Well the rating of this site is very good.Yes,if you rate someone's review than it will pay you $0.01 for rating of one review. The more you rate, the more you earn. And if you rate 10 reviews, then it pays a bonus of an extra $0.25.That mean if you rate 50 reviews daily, then you will earn $0.50 plus $1.25 bonus for a total of $1.75.

2.Earn money by referring friends:-This site also pays you for referring your friends to this site.Yes it pays a $0.25 for one referral and if your referral writes one review after signup, then it pays an additional $0.75.That means if you refer a friends and then your friend writes a review, then you will surely get $1.

3.Getting Paid:-Getting paid is very easy in this site. Its minimum payout is only $20 and it pays only through paypal. You can request your payment after you reaches a minumum payout of $20.This site pays on every 20th of every month. That means if you request your payment in january, then you will surely get your money in february.

Learning Scope

Today, education has a great prospect of going futuristic with rapid advancements in learning technologies taking place everywhere. But it is still a pity that many educational institutions across the world are still holding on to primitive methods of education, like those that concentrate more on theory examinations and evaluations. The following article is about the changes to be made to the learning scope of any educational program so that it can help the trainees to learn the right skill.

The pity is that some of the education evaluation systems merely test the ability of the candidate to remember certain theory or formulas, diagrams etc. But where is the need to memorize when all the information is always available at the click of the mouse by way of the Internet, libraries and an array of other sources? It is better to have an educational system whose learning scope concentrates more on understanding the subject and its practical relevance to on the job training and real world situations.

The learning scope of any educational program should be mainly based on the aptitude of the students doing the course. The course should aim at giving the trainee the experience needed for a career rather than just providing some theory that is anyway available elsewhere. The learning scope should be such that the trainee is made to learn the subject with interest and enthusiasm.

The trainer should be someone who has real time industry experience in whatever the course is about. There is no use of having a trainer who just has a good bunch of degrees but no practical experience. Such trainers would have most probably studied just for the sake of examinations and scoring good grades. These trainers can only help in creating more number of useless bookworms who belong to the same league. Such people may be well versed in the art of preparing for exams but can only be absolute zeros when it comes to practical application.

Any course should  limit its theory to the fundamentals and move on to other important aspects like dealing with practical implications and real world situations of the topic of interest. The course should also be designed in such a way the it suits the needs of the candidate, there is no use of educating someone on what he/she is not at all interested in. There should be enough electives in the course from which the candidate can choose subjects of interest.

The education should also concentrate on Personality development. The course should make the candidates industry fit by facilitating them to learn moral values, ethics, soft skills, team work, leadership etc.

Each trainee in any course is unique and each one can learn in a different way. Hence the design of the programs should also be unique and should meet the requirements of different kinds of candidates. Some time the requirements cannot be satisfied with a generalized training program; in such cases it may be necessary to come up with an education program where the learning scope is customized to specific needs of the trainees. The training coordinators should assess the training materials and other issues related to the training and come up with a customization that can address different candidates.
